As a Torrid Sales Associate , your role will be to create an exceptional experience for our customers, making them feel comfortable, cared for, and confident. Your Responsibilities: Deliver an outstanding shopping experience that builds customer loyalty. Handle register operations while utilizing your sales and product expertise to drive additional sales. Maintain a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends. Oversee the sales floor to ensure compliance with visual standards. Organize the stockroom while keeping the store environment clean and inviting. What You Bring: Prior sales or customer service experience is desirable. A multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment while committed to enhancing customer experiences. A passion for fashion and staying informed about current trends. Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation): Able to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts. Capable of packing and unpacking shipments, arranging store fixtures, and lifting packages up to 50 lbs. Able to reach for merchandise using ladders, step stools, and other retrieval tools.
