Camping World is excited to welcome a new Retail Sales Representative to our energetic team! In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary focus will be to ensure that every customer receives top-notch service and guidance. What You'll Be Doing: Delivering outstanding customer service that keeps customers coming back. Communicating effectively with customers, your team, and management. Leading your department while mentoring and supporting your colleagues. Promoting company programs such as warranty sales and Good Sam Memberships. Building strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchases. Maintaining store appearance, including stocking shelves and performing general housekeeping duties. Possibly cross-training to take on various responsibilities. Completing additional tasks as assigned. What You Need to Be Successful: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail experience is a plus. Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic. Flexibility to work a varied retail schedule, including evenings and weekends. Capacity to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices. Willingness to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend as needed. Compensation and Benefits: Pay Rate: $14-$18/hr The pay range for this role considers several factors such as skills, experience, and organizational needs. While new hires typically don't start at the top of the salary range, your compensation will reflect your qualifications and contributions. There is also the potential for variable compensation, estimated at $1,000 - $4,000 annually.
