Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers warmly and assist with product styles and features. Proactively resolve customer issues while managing a busy retail environment. Support customer needs through omnichannel assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience. Accurately execute point of sale transactions and manage store replenishment. Communicate current promotions and the brand loyalty program effectively. Minimize store loss through outstanding customer service and maintaining a safe, clean environment.
