As a Torrid Sales Associate, you'll provide the Torrid Connection to every customer by making them feel comfortable, cared for, and confident. What You'll Do: Create an outstanding shopping experience that encourages positive customer connections and loyalty. Utilize your sales and product knowledge at the register to drive add-on sales. Maintain a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends. Cover the sales floor and ensure all visual standards are met. Organize the stockroom and maintain a clean, inviting store environment that inspires customer engagement. What You'll Need: Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while creating an exceptional customer experience. Fashion awareness and knowledge of current trends. Physical Requirements: Able to stand and walk during scheduled shifts, pack and unpack shipments, arrange store fixtures, and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds. The pay range for this position is $16.35 - $17.15 per hour.
