Deliver outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations. Keep assigned areas in-stock, clean, shoppable, and safe. Collaborate with management and team members to meet sales goals. Process transactions at checkout using the point of sale (POS) system. Handle customer refunds and exchanges according to company guidelines. Create price tags and merchandise signage. Stock, tag, and display products effectively. Act in accordance with the company's core values. Understand and comply with safety processes within the company. Answer phones in line with company protocol. Assist in various store areas as needed. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Minimum Eligibility Requirements: Must be 18 years or older. Basic math knowledge required. Prior customer service experience preferred. Able to multitask and perform well under pressure. Some positions may require completion of forklift certifications. Working Conditions: Employees may occasionally work in a warehouse setting and interact with moving vehicles. The typical noise level ranges from quiet to moderate. Physical/Sensory Requirements: Must be able to exert 30-60 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20-30 pounds of force frequently, along with greater than negligible up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Frequent standing, walking, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and hand usage is required.
