As a Retail Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service while enhancing the store's appearance. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting and acknowledging every customer with Ollie's "Yes I Care, Yes I Can" approach to foster long-term loyalty. Managing cash register transactions accurately and efficiently. Becoming an expert in Ollie's merchandise and weekly deals to share great value with customers. Assisting with freight logistics and learning effective merchandising practices. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent preferred, but we are happy to train candidates without prior retail experience. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays regularly. A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset focused on delighting customers. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
