Job Summary: The Retail Sales Representative plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring accurate and efficient transaction processing. The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to engage with customers, promote business growth, and work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve common goals. Responsibilities: Process transactions accurately using core banking systems and manage a sales associate cash drawer. Balance cash drawer daily, adhering to strict security and compliance procedures. Verify customer identification and authorization for transactions, ensuring compliance with bank policies. Prepare necessary reports in accordance with Bank Secrecy Act and security policies. Contribute to achieving monthly performance goals by actively participating in team objectives. Deliver outstanding customer service by adhering to defined sales and service standards. Maintain positive relations with internal and external customers. Stay updated on bank products and services to effectively communicate with clients. May require opening or closing the branch and working outside of regular hours as necessary. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of the Bank's Sales Associate Training Program is preferred. Prior customer service experience is highly desirable. Demonstrate a professional, sales-focused demeanor. Excellent communication skills; proficiency in Spanish or another language is an advantage. Experience in handling cash is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Strong attention to detail and professionalism. Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
