Location: Auburn, Maine Your Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Greet customers with a smile, assist them promptly, and ensure they enjoy their shopping experience. Operate the Register: Accurately and efficiently handle purchases, all while maintaining a cheerful and professional demeanor. Merchandising: Help create an inviting and organized sales floor by arranging merchandise and making room for new products. Fitting Rooms: Attend to the fitting rooms, ensuring customers have everything they need for confident purchasing decisions. Team Spirit: Foster a friendly and supportive atmosphere for customers and co-workers, building a strong sense of community in our store. Minimum Qualifications: Positive Attitude: A must! Display a friendly and positive demeanor. Basic Math and Literacy Skills: Essential for handling transactions and supporting job duties. Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Background Check: Ability to pass a criminal background check that meets agency standards. Physical Abilities: Capable of exerting up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, 30 lbs. of force frequently, and 10 lbs. of force constantly to move objects. Preferred Qualifications: Retail Experience or Certification: Prior retail experience or related certification is a plus.
