Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed expectations. Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas to ensure they are inviting and safe. Collaborate with colleagues and management to meet and surpass sales goals. Process customer transactions efficiently at checkout using the point of sale (POS) system. Handle customer refunds and exchanges per established guidelines. Create and display price tags and merchandise signs. Stock and tag merchandise appropriately. Adhere to company values and safety processes. Answer phone calls following company protocols. Assist in other areas of the store as required. Work accurately in a fast-paced environment. Minimum Eligibility Requirements: Must be 18 years or older. Basic math skills. Experience in customer service. Able to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure. Some positions may require forklift certification through F&D. Where permitted, successful passing of a drug test may be required for heavy equipment certification. Working Conditions: Employees may occasionally work in a warehouse environment and alongside moving vehicles. The noise level is typically quiet to moderate. Physical/Sensory Requirements: Ability to exert 30-60 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20-30 pounds frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Involves frequent standing, walking, reaching, climbing, and occasionally stoking, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
