As a Torrid Retail Sales Representative, you will create genuine connections with every customer, ensuring they feel comfortable, cared for, and confident. Here’s what you will do: Deliver an exceptional shopping experience that builds customer loyalty. Perform register functions while leveraging your sales and product knowledge to drive additional sales. Maintain a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends. Oversee the sales floor and ensure visual standards are consistently met. Help organize the stockroom, maintaining a clean and inviting store environment that encourages shopping. What You’ll Need: Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while committing to an exceptional customer experience. A passion for fashion and awareness of current trends. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk around during your scheduled shifts. Capable of packing and unpacking shipments, arranging store fixtures, and moving packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Able to reach for merchandise using ladders and step stools.
