As a Retail Sales Specialist, you will provide essential in-store merchandising support to meet the needs of shoppers. Your responsibilities will include building displays, resetting shelves, and managing inventory to maximize sales opportunities for both retailers and suppliers. Your daily responsibilities will include: Promoting programs and managing inventory; merchandising products effectively on shelves. Building strong relationships with Key Decision Makers at each store you visit. Achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) consistently. Traveling within your territory to complete all scheduled store visits. Accurately completing reports in a timely manner. What we offer you: Competitive pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour. Are open to coaching, and can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Can manage multiple priorities and deliver excellent results. Have previous experience in sales, merchandising, retail, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) (preferred). Are able to perform physical tasks such as moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Possess reliable transportation for independent travel within the assigned territory. Can transport displays and equipment as needed.
