You will engage with shoppers, offering valuable product insights, while also performing operational duties as directed by management. Essential Functions Customer Experience Warm Welcome: Greet every customer with enthusiasm and a genuine smile as they enter our store. First Impressions Matter: Make a positive impact by showcasing a warm, energetic demeanor and adhering to our professional dress standards. Store Presentation: Keep our store impeccably clean and organized, ensuring a pleasant shopping environment for all customers. Product Knowledge: Share relevant information about our products to help customers make informed decisions. Fitting Room Assistance: Deliver outstanding service in the fitting rooms, monitor customer needs, and maintain a clean area while encouraging additional purchases. Efficient Checkout: Ensure quick and friendly service at the cash wrap, suggest Gift Cards, and keep this area tidy while collecting customer information. Express Gratitude: Sincerely thank every customer for shopping with us as they leave. Team Collaboration & Reliability Task Completion: Successfully execute all management-assigned duties. Attendance: Arrive on time and adhere to your scheduled shifts. Team Player: Work harmoniously with your team and management to meet our goals. Policy Compliance: Follow our company's policies and procedures thoroughly. Store Maintenance: Carry out housekeeping responsibilities as needed. Performance Standards Sales Targets: Aim to meet or surpass established Sales per Hour (SPH) goals set by management. Additional Responsibilities Meetings: Actively participate in all store meetings and team functions. Positive Attitude: Represent our brand and products with enthusiasm. Inventory Duties: Engage in inventory management as required. Other Tasks: Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift over 30 pounds and stand for up to eight hours during scheduled shifts.
