Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks and handle change effectively. Familiarity with goal- and incentive-based work environments. Strong performance in a fast-paced team environment. Effective communication with employees and customers in person, on the phone and in writing. The base pay for this position generally is between $18.00 and $29.52 . The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.

In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $11,232 .
