Okler Construction & Services Inc is seeking a motivated and experienced Roofing Outside Sales Representative to join our Sales & Client Relations team. This client-facing role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, builds strong relationships, and is passionate about roofing and exterior construction solutions. As a key part of our business development efforts, you'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with project and operations teams to deliver top-tier service and results.

Key Responsibilities-
Proactively identify and pursue new residential and commercial roofing opportunities-
Generate leads through door-to-door visits, referrals, industry networking, and local marketing-
Conduct property assessments and communicate service recommendations to clients-
Prepare and deliver estimates, proposals, and presentations with professionalism and accuracy-
Build and maintain lasting relationships with homeowners, business owners, and property managers-
Collaborate with internal project teams to ensure customer needs are clearly communicated and met-
Maintain consistent follow-up to close sales and ensure post-project satisfaction-
Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity-
Maintain accurate records in CRM and reporting systems-
Familiar with satellite imagery systems-
Represent Okler with integrity, enthusiasm, and attention to detail in all interactions
Qualifications-
5+ years of experience in residential roofing sales-
Expert knowledge of roofing systems required-
High school diploma or GED required-
Associates degree in business preferred-
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills-
Proven track record of achieving sales goals and client satisfaction ($1 million + annually)-
Self-motivated, reliable, and highly organized-
Comfortable with fieldwork and face-to-face client interaction-
Proficient in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Etc.)-
Proficient with estimating software (Hover, Knowify, Quickbooks online, etc)-
Ability to read site conditions and convey project scope effectively-
Some licenses or certifications may be required depending on project scope and client needs-
Valid driver's license required
