Key Responsibilities- Generate and close residential and commercial roofing leads using company tools and personal outreach.- Perform thorough roof inspections and evaluations to assess client needs.- Educate clients on roofing systems, warranties, and high-end product options.- Provide accurate estimates and present detailed proposals.- Coordinate hand-off to production teams, or optionally manage project oversight for additional earnings.- Maintain regular client communication from initial consultation through project completion.- Track sales activity and project status using internal systems.- Stay informed on current roofing trends and materials to provide expert consultation.

Qualifications- 3+ years of roofing sales or related construction experience preferred.- Strong customer service and communication skills.- Professional appearance and demeanor.- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.- Comfortable and safe on rooftops; physically able to perform roof inspections.- Ability to learn and sell various roofing systems and solutions.- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.- High school diploma or GED required.
