*Job Description:*
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Roofing Sales Representative / Project Manager to join our team. This dual-role position is ideal for a professional with a blend of sales acumen and project management expertise who thrives in the roofing industry. You will be responsible for generating new leads, meeting with potential clients, closing sales, and overseeing roofing projects to completion. This role requires a hands-on approach, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction.
*Key Responsibilities*:
* Generate leads through various channels, including canvassing, referrals, and networking. * Conduct on-site roof and property inspections to aid in educating potential customers, and to help assess a scope of loss for signed customers. * Present and explain roofing services, materials, and project timelines to potential clients. * Educate customers through the insurance process. * Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively to meet and exceed sales targets. * Oversee roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient execution. * Coordinate with subcontractors. * Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

We have four sales teams throughout the Metroplex where we can place you: Frisco/Dallas, North Fort Worth, Mid Cities and Mansfield/Burleson.
*Pay:*
Sales Reps / Project Managers are commission based (10/50/50). Trainees receive hourly base pay with commission based bonuses. Our company policy is full transparency on our books - you will be able to review every job cost to ensure you are being treated fairly in your payouts.
*Bonuses/Incentives:*
* Gas card / company truck for $1 million and $2 million producers, respectively. * Reward shop with sports tickets, vacations/trips, steak dinners, golf outings, and more.
