We are a young company with huge room for growth, and we pay the highest commission percentage in the area — meaning you'll keep more of what you earn. No experience? No problem. We provide all the training and tools you need to succeed. What You'll Do Go door-to-door to meet with homeowners in need of roofing services
Assist customers with the insurance claim process
Conduct roof inspections (we'll teach you how)
Communicate professionally with clients and our installation teams
Requirements 18 years or older
Able to carry a ladder
Comfortable working at heights
Valid, reliable transportation
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
