Identifying opportunities to solicit new business and boosting revenue through innovative sales of new products to current customers and acquiring new accounts. Establishing and maintaining respectful relationships with customers, showcasing an account ownership mentality by providing exceptional customer service. Addressing customer issues promptly and seeking continuous improvement opportunities for our accounts. Safely loading/unloading products, ensuring timely delivery of merchandise while adhering to quality standards. Operating company vehicles with courtesy and safety, complying with all DOT requirements. Maintaining accurate inventory levels at customer locations and managing all financial transactions daily. Practicing effective communication and active listening to solve customer concerns and foster a seamless internal/external communication process.
