What Youll Do

• Guide customers through the RV buying processfrom first contact to final delivery
• Build relationships and listen to customer needs to recommend the right RVs
• Conduct product walk-throughs and demonstrate key features and benefits
• Stay knowledgeable on all makes, models, and current promotions
• Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication with potential buyers
• Work closely with the finance, service, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals in a team-oriented environment

What You Bring

• 2+ years of sales experience (RV, automotive, or high-ticket items preferred)
• Strong people skills and a genuine desire to help customers
• Ability to learn technical product details and explain them clearly
• Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
