What We Offer You:
A Monday-Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM with paid holidays, offering a blend of in-office work and field sales.
First-year earning potential of $70,000 - $100,000 , which includes commissions based on your experience and selling ability.
Base salary of $30,000 .
No cap on commissions, meaning your earning potential is limitless as you develop your clientele!

What We Are Looking for in You:
Comfort with making cold calls both over the phone and in person.
Ability to deliver engaging oral presentations and articulate policies clearly.

Education and Experience:
Current and valid driver's license is required.
A college degree is preferred.
Previous experience in outdoor advertising sales is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.

A Day in Your Life:
In this role, you will:
Meet and exceed sales targets while monitoring your personal sales data and reports.
Identify and visit businesses in your assigned area, including established and competitor clients, within specified timeframes.
Demonstrate knowledge of local and national competition.
Organize accounts for efficient management.
Spot potential areas for growth and open new client accounts.
Utilize company tools to locate prospects, follow up on leads, and prepare proposals and presentations.
Enhance your presentation skills and regularly engage with clients.
Develop knowledge about new products and hone your selling skills.
Participate actively in sales meetings, regional gatherings, seminars, and trade shows.
Take on administrative tasks, including:
Maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans in advance.
Following up on client orders and resolving any arising issues.
Keeping detailed and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activity.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
The work environment combines office tasks with field sales and client service.
Physical requirements include light lifting, visual abilities focused on reading, color distinction, depth perception, and peripheral vision. Expect to sit less than 50% of your day while standing, talking, moving, and walking.
Travel requiring overnight stays is less than 10% of the time.
