This role is in support of Cencora's freight and logistics management service in the US marketed through our Triose business. The Account Executive for Triose is accountable for the account management, growth, stability and retention of company clients. This position is responsible to build and maintain multi-level relationships with key stakeholders and to promote and sell products and services. This position includes travel. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and grow customer accounts, achieving quarterly & annual growth goals as assigned Actively works customer growth opportunities through product growth and expansion discussions Presents the Cencora Program Value via phone or Teams utilizing the Richardson Sales Methodology Understands customer needs and requirements, communicating with other departments as necessary to ensure appropriate program management Drives client onboarding process Reviews all new and existing customer volume and trends to ensure growth is tracking to plan Provides and reviews savings reports with customers and business partners on a quarterly basis or semi year basis determined by size of the account and customer request Documents, maintains, and tracks all existing customer activity within Company ABForce Utilizes sales metrics to identify successes and challenges, reviewing with leadership regularly to drive improved results Provides customer support as primary Inside Account Manager Maintains regular contact with all assigned customers Responds to requests from customers for information and gives online presentations Collaborates effectively with other Cencora departments for successful client management Remains updated and knowledgeable on changes and developments within the Cencora solutions portfolio Additional Job Description: Customer first approach Excellent verbal and written communications skills Healthcare and/or Logistics experience preferred Strong phone and Microsoft Teams presence for on camera meetings with clients Strong listening and presentation skills Strong relationship building skills Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent experience required Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in successful client account management and/or selling solutions and services Experience in region account planning and execution required Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite This is a remote/home office position This role includes travel to customer locations Experience and Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent experience required Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in successful client account management and/or selling solutions and services Experience in region account planning and execution required Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Customer first approach Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong phone presence Strong listening and presentation skills Strong relationship building skills Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite What Cencora offers: We provide compensation, benefits, and resources that enable a highly inclusive culture and support our team members' ability to live w
