RESPONSIBILITIES Identify new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and lead generation activities. Maintain and grow existing customer relationships by providing exceptional service and value-driven solutions. Develop and execute sales plans to effectively achieve revenue goals. Achieve and exceed sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis. Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to ensure our products remain competitive. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; equivalent relevant experience will be considered. Strong knowledge of the food industry, with national sales experience in food manufacturing and/or food distribution (non-commercial or non-retail). Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales goals. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations to Fortune 500 companies. Strong negotiation and closing skills with proven success in high-value sales environments. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable sales tactics. Self-motivated and disciplined, able to work independently, remotely, and collaboratively within a team. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly for customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
