We are expanding our team on the West Coast of Florida and are currently seeking a talented Sales Account Manager to oversee and grow client relationships in the Tampa Bay Area (Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater) — or alternatively based in Tampa or Fort Myers. The Sales Account Manager will meet sales targets and act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
What You’ll Do
Present Neolith products to architects, interior designers, developers, kitchen & bath studios, fabricators, and builders.
Identify and develop new business opportunities; provide insights into local market trends and client needs.
Support showroom and display development that reflects Neolith’s premium positioning.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and innovations.
Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships through regular visits and consistent follow-up.
Provide clients with sales tools including brochures, samples, technical documents, and marketing support.
Assist with product inquiries, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Keep all activities, meetings, and contacts accurately recorded in the CRM system.
Plan and execute regional travel to meet clients and prospects as needed.
Collaborate with the regional sales team and HQ to align on targets and strategies.
Represent Neolith at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events in Florida.
Participate in and help refine a structured sales process with room for initiative and contribution.
REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS
Who You Are
You have 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in design, architecture, or building materials.
You're a self-starter with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
You're adaptable, proactive, and excited by the challenge of developing a market.
You're proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systems.
You hold a valid driver’s license and are open to travel across the Tampa Bay area and nearby regions.
