Compensation: $85,000 - $105,000 Responsibilities: Evaluate property performance in your area and create regional sales plans and sales goals in alignment with brand objectives
Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships
Identify new business leads by examining local market trends Seek out new business opportunities to expand clientele Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls, or other forms of communication Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience Solicit new accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets through sales calls, on-site visits, sales tours, and networking in the local community Qualifications: Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities
