We're seeking a results-driven HVAC Sales Account Executive with an understanding of commercial HVAC systems and a passion for delivering exceptional service.Position Overview:Are you a high-performing HVAC sales professional with deep expertise in commercial systems? As a Sales Account Executive, you'll be at the forefront of identifying client needs, designing high-value solutions, and growing key accounts. You'll work with industry-leading technologies-chillers, VRF systems, boilers, and more-while collaborating with engineers and project managers to deliver results that exceed expectations.Key Responsibilities:•Identify and target new business opportunities through strategic sales planning and market research.•Conduct site visits and technical assessments to design custom HVAC solutions for commercial clients.•Collaborate with internal engineering and project management teams to prepare accurate system proposals.•Deliver persuasive proposals and close high-value deals with decision-makers.•Negotiate and finalize contracts aligned with long-term customer partnerships.•Foster ongoing client relationships through follow-up, service excellence, and upsell opportunities.•Stay ahead of industry trends, code updates, and emerging technologies to ensure modern, compliant solutions.Qualifications:•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).•5 + years of successful commercial HVAC sales experience.•Extensive knowledge of systems such as rooftop units, chillers, VRF, boilers, split systems, and more.•Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing sales, and exceeding revenue targets in the commercial HVAC industry.•Strong communication and presentation skills, especially when conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.•Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office; familiarity with estimating software is a plus.•Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.Benefits:•Competitive base salary + uncapped commission + performance bonuses•Robust benefits including health insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off•Ongoing professional development, product training, and career growth pathways•Be part of a supportive, high-performing sales team in a well-established company•Opportunity to work with industry-leading technologies and clients
