Sales Account Manager North America We're looking for a driven and strategic Sales Account Manager to help expand our market presence and strengthen client partnerships across the U.S. and Canada. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing long-term relationships, and representing our brand at key industry events. This is a high-impact position for a self-motivated professional who thrives in consultative B2B sales and enjoys building solutions that create measurable value for clients.
Travel up to 50% will be required, including attendance at trade shows and conferences.
What You'll Do Drive new business opportunities and revenue growth within a defined territory
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and proposals to closing and delivery
Partner with leadership on strategic planning, market research, and competitive analysis
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure excellence in project delivery and client service
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Technology, or a related field
3+ years of B2B consultative sales and business development experience
Background in custom packaging, brand marketing, or creative agency sales
Familiarity with CPG, brand development, and marketing strategies
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience in complex, high-value sales environments
Exposure to international suppliers or selling into the U.S. market
