Role Description
The Sales Administrative Assistant will work closely with Sales to implement contracts that align with corporate strategies and objectives, as well as manage pricing formulas within Microsoft Excel. This role involves executing and monitoring contracts, supporting sales management with contract analysis, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring timely communication across departments. The candidate will also be responsible for executing pricing changes, monitoring market fluctuations, conducting analysis, and entering data into the company’s order system while meeting deadlines in a dynamic work environment. This is a temp-to-perm position, scheduled Monday through Friday, 8: to 5: have two-year associate degree or equivalent work experience
Excellent skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong math skills
Meticulous and organized approach to tasks
HIGH level of accuracy with data and spreadsheets
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Capacity to perform repetitive tasks while remaining adaptable to unexpected changes and deadlines
