Sales advisor part time role is now open for the domestic appliances brand ( such as premium washing machines, fridges etc) in John Lewis, Bluewater and John Lewis, London stores! - 13.85 per hour plus commission - 28 contracted hours - 4 days per week - to work 2 days in Bluewater (Sat and Sun) and 2 days flexed over London store - Oxford St / Peter Jones / Brent Cross - Travel allowance given towards London and out of home travel - Permanent role We have some exciting new opportunities for enthusiastic, motivated Sales Advisor to work with our premium retail client in a prestigious department store. As a Sale Advisor, you will be responsible for building a great rapport with customers, demonstrating the range of premium products (white goods) using knowledge and expertise, and converting interest into a sale. Key Accountabilities: Drive revenue through exceptional client service in line with company standards Gain a comprehensive understanding of the product range Building a great rapport with customers & bringing products to life through engaging demonstrations Proactively drive sales through building long-standing customer relationships and build a personal shopping approach to our customers needs Converting interest into sales & achieving individua sales targets Follow Stellar & John Lewis policies and standard Embrace the Stellar values- Work Smart, Own, Stay Curious and Be Can Do What we are looking for in a Sales Advisor: Prior experience in a premium customer service environment Professional approach, excellent communication skills Personable, someone who enjoys building great rapport with customers and other work colleagues Ability to learn and demonstrate a range of products to both the consumers and colleagues Confident, passionate about making sales and target driven Record individual sales data report daily Proactive in making the most of quiet and challenging days at work (check the stock, ensure displays are working and the working area is tidied and clean, etc.) Able to work in multiply locations ( Bluewater and London John Lewis stores) Ideally fully flexible between Mon-Sun In return we offer: Competitive pay rate of 13.85 hour plus commission 4 days per week, 28 hrs contracted hours 2 days (Sat and Sun) work in John Lewis, Bluewater and 2 days flexed over London JL stores - Oxford St / Peter Jones / Brent Cross Shifts time: Mon-Sat 10am-6pm and Sunday 11am-5pm Travel allowance given towards London and out of home travel Permanent role (with 3 months probation period) An exciting position working with a premium brand Full training, uniform and kit will be provided plus commission 13.85 - 13.85 an hour
