This position combines administrative and organizational precision with analytical expertise, process optimization, and strategic vision. The successful candidate will excel at managing high-level priorities, driving efficiency and scalability in sales operations, and leading cross-functional initiatives that strengthen decision-making, enhance team alignment, and elevate overall organizational performance.
*Responsibilities*
* Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for the President of Gilat Defense, ensuring optimal time management. * Prepare agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and follow-up action plans for internal and external meetings. * Serve as the executive’s primary point of contact, managing sensitive communications with discretion. * Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth coordination of professional and personal commitments. * Act as a strategic thought partner to the executive team, ensuring alignment between high-level objectives and operational execution. * Translate strategic initiatives into structured, trackable project plans, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. * Lead special projects across business units, including conference/event strategy, cross-functional operational improvements, and employer branding initiatives. * Drive stakeholder alignment, fostering communication between leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners. * Utilize data-driven analysis to support executive decision-making on organizational priorities, talent strategies, and business growth opportunities.
*Sales Operations *
* Lead operational tasks and projects, including staff coordination and management of the Salesforce system * Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that monitor key business metrics across product lines, geographies, and functions. * Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to support planning cycles, operational reviews, and strategic initiatives. * Track performance against targets and help translate variance drivers into actionable steps * Leverage business systems (e.g. Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, SAP) to gather and synthesize data from multiple sources
*Qualifications*
* Must be bilingual (Hebrew-English) * 7+ years of progressive experience in operations, sales operations/revenue operations, and executive support roles. * Proven track record of implementing operational transformations, technology rollouts (e.g., ATS, CRM), and process optimizations that deliver measurable results. * Strong project/program management skills, with success leading cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion. * Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface confidently with C-level executives, clients, and partners. * Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Notion), and analytics tools. * Experience managing large-scale events, industry conferences, or sponsorship initiatives is a strong plus
