Staffmark is seeking an experienced Sales and Catering Manager to join a boutique hotel in downtown Naples, FL. You'll lead the charge in securing group and catering business, managing events from inquiry to execution, and ensuring top-tier guest satisfaction. From corporate functions to weddings, you’ll help create seamless, memorable experiences while driving revenue.

Salary: $55,000–$59,000/year

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (50 hours/week) | Some Saturdays required for events

What You’ll Be Doing:

Generate new business through sales calls, networking, and referrals

Manage full event planning: room blocks, BEOs, menus, vendors

Maintain client records and coordinate with hotel departments

Ensure smooth event execution and strong client relationships

Support sales goals, attend community events, and contribute to marketing efforts

Who We’re Looking For:

2–3 years of hotel sales or event planning experience

Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills

Familiarity with event software (Delphi, Opera preferred)

Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends
