About the Role We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Client Success Lead to join our remote team and spearhead our expansion in the US market. This pivotal role will act as the single point of contact for all US-based clients and leads, driving lead generation, sales, demos, and customer success. While the role is fully remote and location-independent, candidates should be based in the US timezone to align with client needs and communication. If you have experience selling SaaS products—especially in recruitment tech or HR software—and thrive in a remote, flexible work environment, this could be the perfect role for you. Responsibilities Identify and develop a steady stream of leads and potential clients in the US market.
Manage all client communications and build strong, trusted relationships.
Conduct product demos, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
Collaborate closely with the founding team based in Europe to tailor offerings and feedback.
Support clients through onboarding and ensure a smooth trial-to-paid customer journey.
Utilize HubSpot for outreach and Slack for internal communication.
What We’re Looking For Proven sales success in SaaS sales, preferably in recruitment technology or HR software.
Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting workflows is a big plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot.
Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable working fully remotely.
No formal educational prerequisites or certifications required.
