Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers

- Assist customers in finding the right products and making purchasing decisions

- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and displays

- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed

- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner

-Check in Clients and Complete check out for the Ultrasounds

-Schedule ultrasound clients, send reminders and instructions Experience:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred

- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills

-Google, Canva, Word and Shopify knowledge a plus

- Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds, including multilingual customers

- Knowledge of electronics sales and technology products is a plus
