Descripción de Puesto Externo Sales and Customer Service Representative The sales and customer service will support the team in daily operations, with a focus on supply chain coordination and customer service activities. The intern will assist in monitoring order status, preparing shipping documents, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products to customers. This position offers hands-on experience in a dynamic business environment and exposure to both sales and supply chain operations. Job Description Your Responsibilities Assist in coordinating sales & marketing within AgroServices' portfolio in Costa Rica. Maintain excellent coordination with the customer and internal team to ensure daily operations are met. Help prepare documentation related to, but not limited to, product registration, sampling, importation, and customs clearance purposes. Assist with tracking importation processes, stock levels, and delivery arrangements with 3rd-party agents. Coordinate with Finance. Legal, including but not limit to sales and contract agreement preparation and execution, legal compliance, … Help manage product inventory and monitor open PO/contract balances. Handle customer complaints, coordinate returns, and credit and replacement, including sample preparation. Assist with new customer and vendor accreditation. Assist in following up with customers on payment on overdue invoices and sales support. Perform other duties as deemed appropriate and assigned by management. Full order processing from receipt of customer order to invoicing; Prepare and provide full set of required documents to customers; Handle customers' complaint and coordinate returns, credit, replacement, etc.; Assist to follow up with customers on payment on overdue invoice and sales support; Provide administrative support (such as report preparation) and any other duties as assigned; Follow company procedures and policies. Answer sales inquiries, plus with technical background, answer pricing offerings logistics (processing PO receiving and contract releasing, inventory management, preparing of invoices, review of the contract) exposure in sales ( customer support background more coming from food industry) Your Profile Good command of English (spoken and written); Good interpersonal and communication skills; Independent, meticulous, organized, responsible and good team player; Possess positive mindset, business flair, initiative and high adaptability; Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure tasks are completed on time.
