Sales and Customer Success Coordinator

We're All Star A/C, Heating & Plumbing , and we're hiring a passionate Sales and Customer Success Coordinator to join our team in Houston, TX!
WHAT WE OFFER:
Pay: $20 – $26 per hour base, plus commission
Schedule:
Part-time hours available between 8 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
We are starting with part-time hours, with the potential to transition to full-time.
JOIN US AS A PART-TIME SALES AND CUSTOMER SUCCESS COORDINATOR:
Sales & Customer Engagement:
Follow up on open and pending HVAC/plumbing estimates via phone, email, or text.
Conduct outbound cold and warm calls to promote and sell our annual maintenance agreements.
Educate customers on the value and benefits of ongoing service plans.
Customer Service & Admin Support:
Act as a backup dispatcher to assist during busy hours or team absences.
Answer inbound calls and provide excellent service and support.
Track all communications and follow-ups in our CRM or scheduling software.
Long-Term Responsibilities:
File rebate claims and product registrations for installed equipment.
Manage manufacturer warranties and track expiration dates.
Provide weekly reports on follow-ups, conversions, and service plan sales.

YOU COULD BE OUR NEXT ASSET IF YOU:
Sales experience ideally in HVAC, home services, or another phone-based sales environment
Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking confidently with customers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Tech-savvy and organized
Experience with CRM or scheduling platforms is a plus
HVAC industry experience is a plus
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
