Sales and Customer Support Representative Insight Global is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales and Customer Support Representative to join our client's team in the Medical Space. This role involves engaging with customers through inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional support, and driving sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong phone presence, a passion for helping others, and a proven ability to meet and exceed performance goals. This role will be onsite in Augusta, GA working Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and providing timely and effective support. Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, conduct outreach, and promote products or services. Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends. Skills and Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer support/service role. Proficiency in a high call volume environment. Excellent verbal communication skills and strong phone etiquette. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Knowledge of QuickBooks. Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications is a plus.
