Certified as a Great Place to Work® for seven consecutive years We value internal mobility; Silverado provides growth opportunities for just about any position on our teams We offer paid training!Qualifications:Bachelor's degree preferredThree to five years of experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experienceOutside sales experience and the ability to organize and implement sales and marketing program(s)Knowledge and experience working with people having Alzheimer's disease and their families preferred but not required; training will be providedPolished presentation skills and database management experienceThis role requires a valid driver's license and a good driving record as a condition of employment. Associates must comply with all state and federal driving regulationsAssociates in roles requiring driving are responsible for maintaining a valid and active driver's license. Failure to maintain a valid license may result in reassignment, suspension, or termination in accordance with company policies and applicable lawsMust have own transportationWhat you'll be doing: Generates qualified, professional referrals that contribute to census development for assigned communityDevelops and maintains sales and marketing plans, strategies, and public relations opportunities to promote and communicate the Silverado Vision and Purpose StatementEducate professionals on dementia and Alzheimer's resourcesBuild and maintain relationships with new and existing accountsAs needed, will assess prospective residents for suitability and fit for Silverado communityAs needed, will promote Silverado programs and services to prospective residents and their families from first call through initiation of service.
