Responsibilities Sales & Lead Generation Promote and sell American Family Insurance products including auto, home, life, and commercial insurance. Use consultative sales techniques to match customer needs with appropriate coverage. Generate new business through inbound leads, referrals, networking, and digital outreach. Marketing Strategy Development Collaborate with leadership to plan and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy. Identify target audiences and develop campaigns to reach and engage them. Track performance metrics and adjust tactics to optimize results. Social Media & Digital Marketing Create and manage content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Develop and execute paid and organic campaigns to drive engagement and lead generation. Monitor analytics and trends to refine messaging and improve reach. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Conduct policy reviews and recommend updates or additional coverage. Provide exceptional service to retain customers and ensure satisfaction. Community & Brand Engagement Represent the agency at local events and networking functions. Promote brand awareness through community involvement and educational outreach. Administrative & Operational Support Prepare quotes, applications, and presentations. Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and agency procedures. Coordinate with team members and partners to resolve customer issues.
Requirements Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or insurance preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Ability to think strategically and execute tactically. Insurance licensing (Property & Casualty, Life) required or willingness to obtain withing 60 days. Proficiency with Sales Force systems and Microsoft Office is a plus.
