Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Danvers, MA. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing customer service, and conducting training sessions. The role includes supervising sales activities, collaborating with the marketing team to optimize strategies, and driving customer engagement.
Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven track record in Sales and Sales Management Experience in conducting Training sessions Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills Ability to work well in a team environment and independently Proficiency in using sales and marketing software tools Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in the real estate or leasing industry is a plus
