We’re a small, growing team based in Edmonds, WA, committed to delivering excellent service and innovative solutions.*Position Overview*We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Sales & Operations Coordinator with a strong focus on CRM management and reporting. This role supports our sales, installation, and leadership teams by maintaining CRM data integrity, creating advanced Excel reports, coordinating scheduling, and assisting with internal CRM questions.This is a hands-on role requiring excellent organizational skills, strong Excel expertise, and the ability to communicate clearly with teammates at all levels. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy but practical, comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.*What You’ll Do**CRM & Reporting Support: ** Maintain and update customer and job data in ServiceTitan and BuilderTrend* Build and manage Excel reports and dashboards using formulas, PivotTables, and macros* Extract, clean, and format data for leadership presentations* Track KPIs, sales performance, lead conversion, and scheduling metrics*Scheduling & Coordination:** Schedule consultations and coordinate installation calendars* Communicate schedule updates with field teams and sales reps* Ensure CRM data aligns with scheduling and dispatch activities* Assist showroom staff and sales team with sales calls, being able to provide accurate information about our products*Internal CRM Support:** Serve as the go-to resource for CRM-related questions and troubleshooting* Train and assist teammates with CRM workflows and tools* Document CRM processes and create simple guides or SOPs*Additional Support:** Provide phone and showroom sales support as needed* Assist the marketing team with Tradeshow preparation and presentations of products to interested parties* Assist with operational tasks such as pricing updates and material tracking*What We’re Looking For** 3+ years of experience in operations support, scheduling, or sales coordination* Advanced Excel skills including formulas, macros, and PivotTables* Experience with CRM systems like ServiceTitan, BuilderTrend, or similar platforms* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail* Clear and professional communication skills* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively* Construction or home services industry experience is a plus* Ability to work on-site in Edmonds, WA, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM*Bonus Skills** Experience supporting or implementing CRM systems* Familiarity with data automation or integration tools* Experience preparing reports or presentations for senior leadershipJob Type: Full-timePay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hourExpected hours: 32 – 45 per weekBenefits:* Dental insurance* Employee assistance program* Employee discount* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Health savings account* Life insurance* Opportunities for advancement* Paid time off* Paid training* Parental leave* Prescription drug insurance* Professional development assistance* Referral program* Relocation assistance* Retirement plan* Vision insuranceExperience:* Operations Support: 2 years (Required)* Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Required)* metrics report: 2 years (Required)* CRM software: 2 years (Required)Language:* English (Required)License/Certification:* Driver License (Required)Ability to Commute:* Edmonds, WA 98026 (Required)Work Location: In person
