You will be responsible for analyzing sales performance, forecasting revenue trends, and identifying opportunities to optimize our sales processes. Your insights will directly support leadership in aligning go-to-market strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities · Analyze sales data, revenue trends, and operational metrics to provide actionable insights. · Partner with sales, marketing, and finance teams to forecast pipeline and revenue. · Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Salesforce, PowerBI, and Excel. · Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to sales processes and systems. · Support territory planning, quota setting, and incentive design with data-driven models. · Conduct win/loss analysis and customer segmentation to inform sales strategy. · Prepare executive-level presentations and reports to support quarterly business reviews.
In addition to the responsibilities listed above, this position will be knowledgeable and assist in general sales operations duties including: · Develop, execute, and optimize sales operations processes such as contract review, order processing, proposal generation, documentation management, etc. · Collaborate with the sales team to understand their operational needs and help them achieve their goals. · Develop strategies to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency. · Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities to optimize performance. · Utilize Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate customer and sales records. · Evaluate sales tools that can enhance engagement and improve productivity.
Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. · 3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a sales or revenue operations environment. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. · Proficient in Salesforce CRM development , Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). · Experience working with large datasets and using SQL or similar tools is a plus. · Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling manner. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment · Able to work independently and as a part of a team. · Able to multitask and prioritize projects. · Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
