Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Sales & Service Technician to join our team. This dynamic position combines both sales and service aspects, efficiently supported through streamlined leads generated from marketing, fellow team members, and our dedicated Sales Appointment Setter program. The role is adaptable based on workload, with a primary focus on achieving sales targets. You will primarily sell specialty services including treatment for german cockroaches, bed bugs, termites, rodents, and insulation strategies in applicable markets, along with our traditional pest control services. In this role, you will demonstrate a deep understanding of pest biology and behaviors, accurately identify pest infestations, and effectively convey value throughout the sales process. Your ability to close sales will directly contribute to revenue generation for your team. Details: Full-time position $22 - $24 / hour + 15% Commission $750 sign-on bonus for Licensed candidates Responsibilities: Meet key performance indicators regarding lead appointments, close rates, sales quotas, sold-to-service ratios, and customer satisfaction. Promptly respond to leads and process sales using various handheld and technology-enabled platforms. Inspect and provide pest control treatments for residential and commercial clients using high-quality, eco-friendly products. Navigate structures, climb ladders, and manage various physical tasks related to pest control. Deliver exceptional customer service to resolve pest-related issues. Correctly interpret pesticide labels to mix products based on the required measurements. Document work activities and complete necessary paperwork post-service. Maintain and care for company equipment and vehicle. Address customer concerns and implement integrated pest management strategies to resolve issues. Experience & Other Requirements: Must pass a required background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record review. Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license. Preferred experience in pest control. Ability to work comfortably in the presence of pests. Experience with physical labor and outdoor work.
