A typical day as a Sales Assistant Manager includes: Sales: Driving sales growth through completed rental agreements while prospecting new business and clientele. Customer Service: Delivering outstanding customer experiences with a friendly, service-oriented approach both in stores and at customer's homes. Deliveries & Pickups: Engaging in safe and compliant loading, unloading, and product installations, showcasing your energetic spirit. Merchandising: Keeping the store neat and inviting, maintaining order and cleanliness for both customers and coworkers. Minimum requirements include: 1-3 years of retail, customer service, sales, or collections experience. A high school diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years old. A valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record as you will be driving company vehicles. Physical ability to lift and move products like furniture and appliances.
