The Sales Assistant will work closely with the Sales Consultant and General Sales Manager to enhance the customer experience for Bowser Automotive customers and to solicit new business for the Sales Consultant. Essential Responsibilities: Greet customers in the showroom Answer phone calls and follow up with customers Conduct all follow-up for current customers ensuring an excellent customer experience Stock in new and used cars Track leads system Fill out customer logs Miscellaneous duties as assigned by General Sales Manager and Sales Consultant Education and Qualifications: High School degree Excellent customer service skills Experience not required, onsite training Valid driver's license in good standing Excellent communication skills Strong organizational skills Ability to multitask Commitment to continuous improvement Ability to drive a standard transmission is preferred PA Sales license or ability to obtain a Sales license from the State of Pennsylvania What Bowser Offers: Excellent medical, dental, and vision insurance 401K with company match Company paid life insurance Supplemental short term disability Advancement opportunities Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50lbs.
