We're looking for someone who understands the rhythm of sales, enjoys engaging with customers, and is ready to build a long-term career in new home sales. As a Sales Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our sales team while gaining the experience and exposure needed to transition into a full NHSC role. What You'll Do: Welcome and greet potential customers, creating a warm and professional first impression. Assist with model home demonstrations and communicate product features and benefits. Schedule appointments for the NHSC based on prospect interest and availability. Maintain a visually appealing presentation of the community and model homes. Provide accurate information on available homes, sites, upgrades, and pricing. Manage and update customer databases and ensure timely follow-up on leads. Participate in lead generation activities and outreach programs. Support prospects throughout the sales process with follow-ups and additional information. Use CRM and scheduling software to streamline sales operations. Attend company sales meetings and contribute insights from the field. Strong communication and presentation skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to build rapport and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
