Your Day-to-Day Will Be Spent: Cultivating authentic, experience-driven connections with our members. Making every visit to the studio a highlight of their day. Your role will include, but is not limited to:

Engaging with members and guests by answering questions, resolving concerns, and maintaining ongoing communication to ensure a positive membership experience.

Providing a welcoming, inclusive, and high energy atmosphere that keeps members excited to return.

Delivering an exceptional sales and service experience inspiring every guest to set, pursue, and achieve their fitness goals through Orangetheory's proven system.

Uploading studio excellence by maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment that reflects pride in our community and brand.

Collaborating with your team to ensure every class, every conversation, and every moment in the studio drives connection and results.
