Responsibilities Making every guest feel welcomed and fabulous Managing the front desk with confidence Driving sales (membership + retail) Supporting the stylists and keeping things flowing Warmly greet and welcome clients to create a positive first impression Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client's entire visit Promote and sell retail hair care products with confidence and product knowledge Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, including the front desk and retail area Assist with restocking inventory and keeping supplies replenished and accessible Answer phone calls professionally and manage appointment scheduling efficiently Qualifications 1+ year of customer service or retail experience Salon or spa experience is a plus (but not required!)
