Account Management Opportunity at Cardinal Health

Account Management contributes to Cardinal Health by establishing, maintaining, and enhancing customer relationships with an assigned set of customers. This position, reporting directly to the Region Director, assists the OptiFreight Logistics Sales Organization to deliver on strategic priorities through enhanced customer support and service. It also offers a chance for a motivated individual to develop skills and experience for a future selling role.

Responsibilities include:

• Reporting to the Region Director and assisting the field sales organization to drive operational efficiency and accelerate sales growth.
• Increasing connectivity across the sales team by supporting key sales initiatives.
• Providing reporting and data analysis to support customer business reviews.
• Managing customer activity across open territories within the assigned region.
• Identifying, qualifying, and executing effective sales strategies.
• Assisting the field sales team by generating leads and identifying new business opportunities.
• Coordinating and collaborating with field sales, marketing, and sales operations teams.
• Participating in sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and trade shows.
• Mastering all products and applications by demonstrating ongoing competency.
• Maintaining knowledge of the current industry/competitive landscape.
• Completing all administrative requirements in a timely and comprehensive manner.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1-2 years in a sales or marketing role preferred.
• Ability to understand complex products and services.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong computer acumen and business application proficiencies.
• Customer focused, results driven, action oriented, and strong work ethic.
• High career ambition and desire to do more within the organization.
• Ability to travel domestically as necessary.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Openness to regional relocation within 24 months of employment.

Anticipated salary range: $56,200 - $84,420.
