Introduce the engaging Orangetheory concept to all interested guests. Manage the front desk by answering inquiries and providing member support. Conduct captivating studio tours. Collaborate with trainers to introduce new clients to their first Orangetheory workout. Drive membership sales to ensure the studio’s success. Follow up with prospective clients to nurture their interest. Address member concerns professionally and help find solutions. Engage in promotional events to market our services.
