Job Overview We are currently seeking enthusiastic Sales Associates who are eager to enhance customer interactions and elevate our sales performance. Your primary responsibility will be to understand and meet customer needs, providing compelling product information and recommendations, while also closing sales. A genuine interest in designer toys will set you apart as a strong candidate. You will report to the Store Manager and receive guidance from experienced team members. What You Will Achieve Welcome customers warmly, engaging in friendly conversations to determine their shopping needs. Become a subject matter expert on POP MART's products, including character details and the company’s history. Provide tailored product recommendations that assist customers in making informed decisions. Accurately process customer transactions using the cash register. Assist with product shipments and organization of the stockroom. Ensure a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment for both customers and staff. Drive sales for key products like Blind boxes, MEGA, and accessories. Be flexible with your schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. What You Will Need A minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail customer-facing role. Confidence in engaging with customers to provide a top-notch experience. Multilingual ability is a plus.
