Introducing the OTF concept to potential clients during their "intros". Assisting at the front desk, which includes answering questions and interacting with members. Conducting studio tours and showcasing our facilities. Collaborating with trainers to guide new clients through their first Orangetheory workout. Promoting and selling memberships to ensure studio success. Following up with prospective clients to encourage participation. Addressing members' concerns professionally and aiming for effective resolutions. Participating in marketing initiatives and outreach events.
